Dr. Julia Bregand-White is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as maternal-fetal medicine and manages complicated pregnancies in Orange County. Her clinical interests include caring for women whose pregnancies are complicated by fetal anomalies, at risk for preterm birth or complicated by maternal medical conditions. She participates in the CHOC UCI Fetal Care Center of Southern California to provide accurate diagnosis of complex fetal conditions and to facilitate prenatal collaboration with pediatric subspecialists to improve the care and outcome of these complicated pregnancies.
Dr. Bregand-White earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, where she also completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology. She received fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Bregand-White has a special interest in graduate medical education and health care administration. She is the residency program director for the UC Irvine Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency. She is the director of programming for the CHOC UCI Fetal Care Center of Southern California. In addition, she is leading a collaborative initiative to address the clinical, educational and interpersonal environment of the UCI Perinatal Service Line.
