The CHOC Center for Children’s Health offers primary care, specialty care and rehabilitation services. It is located on the second floor of the Joe C. Wen & Family Center for Advanced Care (CAC), at UCI Health – Irvine.

Located at the center is CHOC Primary Care, Jamboree Irvine, with pediatricians offering:

• Well-child and routine visits
• Sick visits
• Immunizations
• Screenings
• Sports physicals
• Management of chronic conditions
• Behavioral services
• Adolescent and teen medicine

Pediatric specialty clinics at the CHOC Center for Children’s Health include:

• Audiology

• Dermatology
• Gastroenterology
• Nephrology
• Neurology
• Neuro Movement
• Otolaryngology
• Pulmonology
• Rheumatology

Rehabilitation services include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language therapy, including specialized neurodevelopmental rehabilitation.
