School Nurse Advisory Committee
Rady Children’s Health in Orange County welcomes school nurses to join our School Nurse Advisory Committee. School nurses will learn more about Rady Children’s programs and offerings for schools. We also aim to partner with school nurses to enhance cross-organizational communication, streamline care coordination, improve student outcomes and ensure patients/students attend school as often and as safely as possible. Our school team would love representation from all school districts.
Project Adam
Project Adam is a national initiative that helps schools strengthen cardiac emergency preparedness by developing response plans, ensuring AED access, and coordinating drills to ensure staff competency in responding to sudden cardiac arrest. Schools interested in becoming a “Heart Safe School” are invited to complete the Project Adam Interest Form to learn more about participating.
