CHOC Pediatric Urgent Care offers peace of mind and medical care to children and parents for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. It is located on the first floor of the Commerce Tower building, at the corner of Main Street and La Veta Avenue. Convenient parking is located at the parking structure behind the building.

• Being on our accepted insurance list means we can submit a claim on your child’s behalf. It does not guarantee that your insurance company will cover all or part of the services provided. 
• If your insurance company is not on this list, we may not have an agreement with them. In that case, your child’s account would be set up as self-pay, with payment expected at the time of service. Give our office a call and we’ll be glad to help you figure out the best path forward. 
• As a courtesy, we’ll bill your insurance directly, but you are responsible for any remaining balance. Every plan is a little different, so we recommend contacting your insurance company if you have questions about what’s covered.
