Presenter Bio
Elizabeth obtained her BA in Psychology and Social Behavior as well as her BFA in Dance Performance from UC Irvine in 2015. She later earned her MS in Counseling Psychology from CSU Long Beach in 2020. Having worked in crisis services for six years, Elizabeth joined the Intensive Outpatient Program at CHOC in 2021as a Mental Health Therapist. Specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, this service line supports high school teens struggling with suicidality, self-harm, and emotion dysregulation. To support her own mental wellness, Elizabeth avidly camps, hikes, paddleboards, and adventures.
