“Southwest Tower – Checking in for your appointment” Transcript
Welcome! This short video will explain what you can expect during check-in at the
Southwest Tower.
After parking, go to the first or second floor of the building to check in. Doors are
also accessible from a pedestrian bridge on the second floor that connects the
parking garage to the building.
A staff member can help you check in at a kiosk and validate your parking to reduce
the cost.
At the kiosk, you’ll confirm your child’s contact information, answer a few questions
on the screen and scan your child’s health insurance card.
You will then proceed to the designated floor for your child’s specialty clinic.
When you arrive, a patient access representative will greet you and give you a card with a
destination name, such as “Patagonia.” For privacy, we’ll call the destination name
instead of your child’s name when it’s time to be seen.
