Welcome to CHOC Center for Children’s Health! We are proud to offer primary care, specialty care and rehabilitation services to children and families throughout Orange County.
Located at the corner of Birch Street and Jamboree Road, the center is on the second floor of the Joe C. Wen and Family Center for Advanced Care at the UCI Health – Irvine medical complex. Convenient and accessible parking is available next to the center.
Designed to serve a diverse population through in-person care and tele-health, the center features state-of-the-art amenities and unique themed areas throughout to engage and inspire children of all ages – from newborns to young adults.
Our primary care services include wellness checks, immunizations, sports physicals and much more.
Our specialty care features twelve pediatric specialty clinics to support all your child’s health needs.
And our rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech language therapy, with specialized neurodevelopmental rehabilitation.
