Admission at CHOC Hospital
This short video will describe what you can expect during admission at CHOC Hospital.
Arrive at the main hospital entrance and go to the front desk on the first floor.
You may also check in on the second floor.
Staff will ask your child’s name and date of birth to confirm the appointment or the purpose of your visit.
All adults must show a picture ID.
Each visitor will receive a badge to wear.
The badge must be worn above the waist and be visible at all times while in the hospital.
Staff will ask about your health. For the safety of our patients and staff, anyone who has been sick in the last 24 hours or has recently been exposed to measles, mumps or chicken pox cannot go with the patient.
