CHOC Outpatient Rehabilitation Services offers physical, occupational and speech therapy in one of the most comprehensive, state of the art pediatric rehabilitation centers in Southern California.
Located on the second floor of a two-story building shared with CHOC Primary Care, this bright and modern center is just a few miles from our main hospital campus at the corner of Chapman and Manchester Avenues and just west of the 5 freeway. Free and convenient parking is available on-site, and the 47A and 54 bus lines stop right out front at stop numbers 5367 and 5313 Chapman and Manchester.
This newly constructed center features over 8000 sq feet specifically designed to serve a diverse population and children of all ages – from premature newborns to young adults.
The center is proud to offer:
14 private treatment rooms with amenities including specialized sensory equipment and telemedicine.
2 spacious, full-service gyms:
- One for new movers and toddlers that features a Litegait device, forward and backward treadmill, rock wall, and several swings.
- And one for the ortho and sports population that features a high-speed motion capture system and a treadmill with force pressure.
3 Schroth Ladders for Schroth physical therapy.
A certified hand therapist and designated treatment space.
A comfortable therapy viewing room for parents that features audiovisual capabilities.
