- Understand the difference between transition versus transfer of care between pediatric cardiology to adult congenital heart disease (ACHD), and recognize the value behind an effective transition to ACHD
- Recognize additional topics that become important to address in congenital cardiac patients as they reach young adulthood: health literacy, atherosclerotic risk factors, multiorgan health, and family planning
