Paid time off (PTO) and holidays

CHOC provides paid time off benefits to be used for vacations, holidays, personal days or illness.

CHOC offers a choice of medical plans, dental plans and a vision plan.

Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

CHOC offers health care reimbursement accounts and dependent care reimbursement accounts.

Voluntary plans

CHOC offers voluntary life, short-term and long-term disability plans for associates and their dependents.

Retirement savings plan 403(b)

All associates are eligible to contribute pre-tax dollars, effective with their first paycheck; all contributions are 100 percent vested upon deposit. Contact Human Resources for information on employer matching.

Employee Assistance Program

A confidential counseling program is available, free of charge, to all CHOC associates and their immediate family members.

Education Reimbursement

CHOC offers all eligible Full Time and Part Time associates up to $10,000 a year in education reimbursement, with no lifetime maximum. Please contact the benefits team at benefits@choc.org for more information.

Compensation

CHOC regularly conducts market analyses to ensure we offer competitive salaries to our staff.

Referral program

CHOC associates are eligible to receive referral bonuses when candidates they have referred for employment are hired and meet required criteria. Please contact Human Resources for details.
