Dr. Marita Fortades MD, is a board-certified pediatrician in Orange County, California, specializing in the health and well-being of children. Practicing at Rady Children’s Health in Orange County (formerly CHOC) as a community pediatrician since 1995, she provides comprehensive, family-centered care for infants, children and teens.

Dr. Fortades is particularly passionate about helping her patients thrive in their physical, mental and emotional health in partnership with their parents.

Dr. Fortades is affiliated with the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a member of the Rady Children’s Health Orange County Primary Care Network, she is part of a nationally recognized pediatric health system to deliver coordinated care and streamline access to specialty care and additional services when necessary.
