Dr. Priyal Ohri, Dentistry

Dr. Ohri is a native Californian who grew up in Orange County. Dr. Ohri graduated from dental school in 2011 and immediately went to UCLA to complete additional training in general dentistry. During the two years that she worked as a general dentist, it became clear that she wanted to become a pediatric dentist. It is her passion to work with children and she was honored to complete a pediatric residency at the University of Southern California.

In 2018, Dr. Ohri was offered the opportunity to join as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry and to become the Co-Director of the pediatric dental residents at Healthy Smiles for Kids of OC. She has now become the Director of Dental Pediatric and Specialty Services at Healthy Smiles for Kids of OC by Altamed and feels blessed and excited to be in this new role.

In her free time, she loves to dance, play basketball, and spend as much time as possible with her husband and two sons. She says, “I feel so lucky to be back home and a part of this wonderful team!”
