Dr. Mohammed Abbas, Orthopedic Surgery

Dr. Mohammed Abbas is a board-eligible pediatric orthopedic surgeon who offers expert care for babies, kids and teens with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. As an expert in pediatric orthopedics, he specializes in fracture care and general pediatric orthopedic issues. He also treats patients with neuromuscular and peripheral nerve conditions such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and muscular dystrophy or atrophy. Dr. Abbas serves as faculty of the pediatric orthopedics department and is part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients with neuromuscular and peripheral nerve disorders. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, and American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM). Dr. Abbas’s research interests include neuromuscular conditions and pediatric spine.
