CHER Academy: Pediatric Urology/Nephrology Essentials and Care Navigation

This in-person education session will provide practical guidance for supporting children and youth with kidney disease, dialysis needs, and urinary catheters. Attendees will explore chronic kidney disease, dialysis and hypertension management, renal nutrition, medication and school-based considerations, and urinary catheter care. Hands-on stations will include urinary catheter education, dialysis equipment and emergency management, and renal nutrition.

This education session will be held in person at the RCH Orange County Wade Center, 1201 W. La Veta Ave., 2nd Floor. No virtual option is available.
