Dr. Virginia B. Liu is a board-certified neurologist and epileptologist at CHOC in Orange County, California. As an expert in pediatric epilepsy, Dr. Liu cares for babies, kids, and teens with a variety of neurologic conditions. She specializes in headaches, stroke, early life epilepsy, infantile spasms, epilepsy surgery, and neuromodulation.
Dr. Liu’s research interests include investigation of computational EEG biomarkers in epilepsy and brain injury. She works on optimizing epilepsy surgical planning with advanced neuroimaging and understanding surgical outcomes through multi-institutional collaboration.
