Dr. Brandie Metz earned her bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University and her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. Her postgraduate training included a dermatology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, where she served as chief resident. She completed her pediatric dermatology fellowship training at Rady Children’s Hospital and University of California San Diego.
Dr. Metz has been practicing in Orange County since 2006. Her practice, Pediatric Dermatology of Orange County, is located in Irvine. She sees pediatric patients, newborns to teenagers, for all problems of the skin, hair and nails. Additionally, Dr. Metz performs laser and surgical procedures under anesthesia if needed for younger patients or larger procedures. As a mom and a fellowship-trained pediatric dermatologist, Dr. Brandie Metz is dedicated to thorough and compassionate care for her patients.
