Checking in at the CHOC clinics
This short video will describe what you can expect during check-in at the CHOC Primary and Specialty Care Clinics.
After parking, go to the first floor of the CHOC Clinic building. Doors are accessible from the parking garage.
A staff member can help you check in on at a kiosk and validate your parking to reduce your parking cost.
You will confirm your child’s contact information and answer a few questions on the screen before scanning your child’s health insurance card.
You will receive a card with a destination name on it, such as Patagonia. For privacy, it will be called, instead of your child’s name when your child is ready to be seen by their doctor.
Our large, colorful seating area has television screens and playtime activities to entertain your child as you wait to be called.
