Dr. Tesmer provides the full range of neonatal medical services. Dr. Tesmer serves as the Medical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Western Medical Center in Santa Ana. Dr. Tesmer is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. She served her fellowship and residency through the University of Southern California and White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, respectively. She graduated from the Medical School of Gdansk, Poland and completed her internship at Mlava Hospital in Poland.
