MyCHOC Messages
In order for you to send a message to your care team, you will be redirected to the CHOC Link portal message center. Once you complete reviewing and sending messages, you can close the window to return to MyCHOC.
- Why am I being redirected to CHOC Link for Messages?
In its current state, MyCHOC is unable to send or receive messages within the app or web portal. From within the MyCHOC app or web, when you click messages, you will be securely redirected to the legacy CHOC Link patient portal message center. (Please note you may be prompted to log in again.) - When will this functionality be available in MyCHOC?
We are actively working on adding this functionality directly into the MyCHOC app for a seamless experience. Please check your app store often to download the latest update.
