Dr. Julie A. Moghal, Co-Chair, Ethics Committee

Julie Moghal, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and director of pediatric psychology at CHOC. She is the co-chair of CHOC Hospital medical ethics committee. She provides psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment supervision to students enrolled in the CHOC practicum, pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship programs.

Dr. Moghal completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, after receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She completed an APA-accredited internship at CHOC and post-doctoral fellowship with a specialization in young children at the Children’s Health Council in Palo Alto.
