Dr. Nick Uhm, Pediatrics

Dr. Nick Uhm joined CHOC after practicing as a general pediatrician in Los Angeles. Originally from NorCal, Dr. Nick graduated from Rice University with magna cum laude. He earned his medical degree at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and continued his pediatric internship and residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

His philosophy is simple: to cure sometimes, to relieve often, and to comfort always. As someone with an autoimmune disease, Dr. Nick is a patient himself and understands that healing requires a personal connection. Starting from your newborn visit and all the way into young adulthood, he will focus on building a long-term relationship and trust with you. His holistic approach will not only provide excellent medical care but also emphasize a strong foundation for mental health.

Dr. Nick is currently accepting newborns and children transferring into the practice. Expectant parents are welcome to call the office for a meet and greet.
