CHOC Mental Health Education Program | Empowered families: How to protect and uplift your family’s mental health
A CHOC Pediatric Psychologist will discuss the impact of toxic stress on children and parents’ well-being. Presentation attendees will learn how to advocate for and protect their families’ mental health needs. The presentation will also teach parents, caregivers and the general public brief and concrete tips that can be used to strengthen mental health on a daily basis.
