CHOC Mental Health Education Program | Early Childhood Education – Tips for a good night’s sleep: Sleep Hygiene
This presentation will focus on sleep in young children and why it’s important for their healthy development. As part of this presentation, a CHOC Pediatric Psychologist will discuss typical challenges with sleep in young children and will provide strategies that parents and caregivers can use to help their children get a better night’s sleep.
