CHOC Mental Health Education Program | How do I talk with my teen when they push me away?
This presentation will provide information about the impact of teen’s bid for independence on the parental relationship and various strategies and skills to improve communication. Parents will be able to identify their core values in communicating with their teen, and more effectively use skills that make communication more pleasant for all.
