Donor Privacy Policy

The CHOC Foundation values the relationship we have with our donors and takes seriously our responsibility to protect the personal, financial, and charitable information associated with our donors and their support of CHOC. We will not trade, share or sell a donor’s personal information to any other organization or individual online or offline. We encourage donors to allow us to publicly recognize their giving, but donors may opt out or make their gifts anonymously. We will not send communication to donors on behalf of other organizations, whether in print or electronic form. We utilize strict encryption of data related to online giving. Access to electronic and printed files regarding donor giving information is limited to CHOC Foundation staff only.
