MILLIE'S STORY

You can hear her infectious laughter coming from the oncology playroom. On Monday, this playroom belongs to CHOC volunteer Millie Kegel and her positive energy is everywhere. Whether she's playing Air Hockey or coloring, Millie uses a bit of love and a lot of fun to change the patients' focus from their treatment, if only for a few hours. A child at heart, Millie has a special knack for drawing smiles and laughter from the patients - giving them the best treatment of all.
