GAME ON!
Did you know you can raise money for the kids here at CHOC by playing your favorite video games from the comfort of your own home? Extra Life is a 24-hour video game marathon benefitting Children's Miracle Network hospitals, organized by SarcasticGamer.com.
On Saturday, October 16th, 2010, gamers from all over the world will begin the 24-hour marathon at 8:00 am in their local time zone. The event will conclude at 8:00 am Sunday, October 17th, 2010.
Gamers can play any game, anywhere they want. Most participate from the comfort of their own home. In the style of team fundraising, gamers ask friends and family members to sponsor their efforts for $1 per hour ($24).
