CARING FOR THE DIABETIC CHILD AT SCHOOL

RN's to bring 1 administrative staff (free of charge ,ie. Principal, Vice Principal) to listen to 2 hour special talk by: Dr. Susan Clark, Endocrine Medical Director at CHOC

Any RN who brings an administrative staff will be automatically put into a raffle for $200.00

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Seating will be limited to 120 guests
