Every department functions with a shared mission: to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children.  Each of our Associates, clinical and non-clinical, truly makes an impact on the level of patient care we are able to provide and the overall patient/family experience of those we are privileged to treat within our doors.  And while we all take our mission very seriously, there are also times for us to simply enjoy being a team.  Annual Hospital Week barbeques and holiday luncheons, friendly competition during unit decorating contests and the opportunity to join together for quarterly Associate Forums to learn the latest hospital updates keep us connected.  There is good reason we refer to ourselves as the “CHOC family.”
