Each of our Associates, clinical and non-clinical, truly makes an impact on the level of patient care we are able to provide and the overall patient/family experience of those we are privileged to treat within our doors. And while we all take our mission very seriously, there are also times for us to simply enjoy being a team. Annual Hospital Week barbeques and holiday luncheons, friendly competition during unit decorating contests and the opportunity to join together for quarterly Associate Forums to learn the latest hospital updates keep us connected. There is good reason we refer to ourselves as the “CHOC family.”

CHOC’s support, administrative and management staff members play a vital role in the success of our countless hospital programs and services. Each works to ensure that we are continually fulfilling our mission to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children, seeking new and innovative programs and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction and pushing us closer to our vision of becoming a nationally recognized, “Top 10” children’s hospital. Our management staff is responsible for ensuring that the hospital remains on target with the strategic plan, provides departmental budget oversight and promotes collaborative relationships and growth for staff members.
